Ah, questions about "the little train"

First I don't believe that everything should 'relate' in a still life. It's fun to have something a bit jarring. That's the obvious answer. But then, there is the rough texture of the train against the not so rough texture of the pears and the apple in the background.
Then, and finally, there is the rusty color in the wheels that heads right to the color in the pears and the background.

So, that's why "The Little Train" is there.

The background is cool, the colors of the pears are great and I love that vase and flowers. You lost me at the train. I don't see how it's connected with everything else in the shot.

An interesting mix of props here. IMO it may be a little too much with the train there. JMO of course. Good luck!

I'm sure there's a connection between the train and the pears. I still have a few days to see the light. But, nice composition, even with the little train :)
