 Levels, contrast, hue/contrast, crop, sharpen osprey, gaussian blur of duplicate layer of sky to minimize noise, Nik Dfine noise reduction, dodge/burn, resize, add border, save for web.

I had inadvertently set ISO to 1600 so it took some work to minimize noise.

dont like the border a lot thats my only critic on this the focus is very good and on the eye especially

Very contrasty shot and noise. Love the good eye view. With a tighter crop this would be a bit better. Most of your problems here I believe can be solved in pp work
