Greetings from the Critique Club.
First impressions are that this is a busy scene. The buildings hold interest and then we have the light trails too.
Technically this is good. Exposure of the lights is good. Given the light trails are what you were concentrating on the composition is ok - I find that the bright area at the left end of the light trails is where I start looking and then flow along to the right - this seems backwards to how you'd want me looking in this shot. You ask about cropping in your comments and given my thoughts above I'd have tried a "widescreen" crop that took the bottom off (maybe cut through the bicycle sign and off the top below that bright streetlight - maybe not so much off the bottom?) - this would have reduced the interest in the buildings and made us concentrate on the light trails some more.
Artistically this is ok but there is nothing to differentiate with the other light trail shots. The buildings in the background hold a lot of interest for me and I find this detracts from the light trails.
In summary it's an ok shot but nothing "wow"
Feel free to PM me if you have any queries.

There is some strange pattern in the upper left corner. Looks like a cloned-out traffic light and we are in basic editing... |

This just isn't very interesting to look at (IMO) maybe a overexposed and I would have liked to see the car on the left cropped out. |

Nice shot. I like the light trails of which convey the sense of busyness and at the same time allow a view of what is behind all that traffic. |

I'm not sure the light trails add to this shot. The buildings themselves have interest but the car lights seem to take over |
