Greetings from the Critique Club.
First impressions are that the light trails are too bright (as I commented during the challenge).
Technically this is a little lacking. The light trails are overexposed, the whole scene has a red cast to it (from the lights?), and the composition seems to leave a lot of empty sky - for what purpose? Some height may have added more interest to the light trails and also allowed you to include some other element in the frame for reference.
Artistically this does hold some interest as the light trails do keep our eye focussed and there are some details to be seen through them.
In summary this is a good start at DPC - don't be discouraged! This scored a sub 5 but you can see the majority of votes were 5's which shows that it could have gone either way. I think the technical elements above are what skewed it under 5 rather than over.
Feel free to PM me if you have any queries.
