That beak looks like it's been through a lot! Nice capture of the color and detail of the feathers. I bet there are little bits of apple all over the floor under the parrot when he was done ... and maybe some on nearby walls if he's anything like most birds I've met ;-)

nice colour, but lighting looks a littel harsh and therefore there are hard shadows
