Nice capture of the tree lights, the surrounding add a lot of interest to the shot

I like the long exposure shots for the main street challenge. Here you got the lights reflecting off the damp pavement which I like, but you lost the color and there isn't much details elsewhere. I think the white balance is off as shown by the red glow of the street lights.
