 I know it's not an original concept but quite tricky to take one considering limitation of basic editing. It was a 10 sec exposure shot with one flash for background on camera left ; other on camera right bounced from white foam. For avoiding fire drag after flash firing I blocked the lens with black piece , meanwhile the flame was moved on CD then I removed black piece. Before removing that I have holed ND + tobacco filter in front of lens too avoid overexposure in the fire. The fire was moved all over the place & shot was completed.

Don't worry everything is safe. Anyway I was playing with old CD/DVD burner.Thanks to my wife for assisting me to complete the shot.Hope you will like this :)

Love the flames here. The CD enclosure and the background not much. Did you use camphor tablets for the flame?
