 Just a little bit of blur - slow shutter, incoming surf. Lightroom preset of some kind and a crop.

The more I look at this Deb the more I feel myself sat there, on the wet sand watching the waves roll in.

The tones here are absolutely killer! Some view... I love the repeating horizontal lines, wow. So, does this mean you are back in the States????
