I like how you've used flashes on two sides. Usually when you see dark photos, it seems like only one side is highlighted. Looks cool. |

Thanks for the description on how you achieved this lighting! Very interesting! Looking at this, I am just waiting to see the face lifting and look towards the camera or at least the reveal some more of the face... |

For some reason, you remind me of Edward Norton in the movie American X. It's a disturbing movie, and somehow you've managed to slightly unsettle me here too, but in a good way. Congratulations on some impressive lighting. |

Excelent use of lighting to produce a unique effect. The light against dark background almost gives a feeling of redemption. |

The lighting spilling over the shoulders is great. Perfect white balance and colors. Wonderful darkness. The only thing I could see to play with would be to spill some light on the face. Unless of course you were going for the two lights with a dark stripe down the middle look (technical term unknown), in which case I would say increase the light on the left side (your right) so it is more symmetrical. Very fun photo! |
