 A image with top view showing the hands of a craftsman. For getting the blur in background I used a slow shutter speed 1/15sec giving not so sharp image. I used a strobe on bottom left corner. The lit area looks in focus than other side.

This is pretty cool, but the strobe lighting makes it a bit odd - I couldn't have worked it out without your explanation.
