Long time no posts. Life... For one or another reason I ended up not submitting pictures for some nice challenges that I wanted to participate.
I have to confess that also, after my first challenge, it's not easy for me to overcome that result. But, hey, I'm here to learn, participate and help others too. So, I'm back on track :)
About this pic, it was not easy to take due to the weather. That whole week was raining here and I don't have weather-sealed equipment... I was also looking for a little blue sky, not gray, since I knew it would make the water droplets more perceptable. I had a plan B, but in the last day, I had to try it. Went down to the park and I was lucky! Just a few minutes of blue sky and dry weather! Not perfect, as the clouds are already messing up the small circles, but the best that I could do.
I ended up using a fisheye lens to accentuate feel of a vanishing point and to transform the not so circular water lines into semi-circles. I had an umbrella at the end of the tunnel, to help the viewer entering into it but the wind just blew it away. Also, it was distorting the water lines constantly and because I was reeeally close to the water, sometimes I had some fresh ideas :/
I guess this is the longest intro of the day. Bye for now and have a nice week.
