 Doubt this will do very well. It's quite over exposed, the trash can is a distraction, and one could argue I'm using the title to make the picture fit the challenge. Oh well, I like the photo so neener neener.

Not really fond of your headline but I love your picture. I could see it in the paper for sure. Not sure what I'd put as a headline but it would have to be shorter. Maybe "Summer Street Musicians Thrive" - not sure but in any case I rated this as one of my top picks. Love the photo.

I like the composition and the title. The over exposed areas are distracting. I would like to have seen his face.

I like the natural lighting in ths photo. Could've shown more detail in the bottom of the pic though. Looks like the it's dark because of the shadow that's being cast on it.
