Great subject, but harsh midday sun is the main problem. If I were visiting here, I'd be on the ground taking a wideangle perspective shot of that turret.

just me, but I think this would have been made more interesting if you had gotten all the steps in the photo; even if it meant scraficing part of the other side of the fort
