 Skew Transform to straighten Towers
Crop
Mask sky. Invert. Topaz for building.
Shadow/Highlight for left tower.
Topaz for sky using mask.
Medial for sky to reduce noise.
Warming filter with gradient.

Nice choice to skew and level things out. It really adds to the presence and strength of the building. You did a wonderful job with this.
