Sorry!! I had to vote a 1 here though. My reason was that your photograph didn't show any distinct foreground or background framing of your main subject.



Per this comment, and this comment, plus a private message, I have decided to give you a new score, It is now a 2 for the other qualities of this image (despite what I feel is still a DNMC image). Now go thank Bear_Music for he does make good sense sometimes, or at least inspires me to be a bit more open minded (or at least punish people slightly less for what I see as either shoehorning or a failure to take a reasonably literal interpretation of the rules..)
