 The gray sky is completely natural, nothing done to this but rotate, crop, resize, smart sharpen, save for web.

The crispness and clarity of the rotunda is really nice and the colors are absolutely beautiful, but the leaves in the bottom left and center are slightly distracting. I like the flag blowing in the wind, too. Overall, a really great shot!
