i bet you were kicking yourself that you didnt have a faster S/Speed
the colors are vibrant and the bokeh is great

great job capturing the moment, I don't know know why you are shooting with f13 though I would have though that f8 would have been enough and also perhaps push the ISO up to 400 so you can use a faster shutter even if you do have IS on your camera but all of that is technical details, good shot overall.
