Place pretty well for something firmly on the weird side of the fence. The kind of image that has strong appeal for a narrow group. Nice work, it got a 7 from me. |

Absurd score if I may say so. This was one of my top two in this challenge. |

I'd get rid of the rubber glove, the other part of the photo I find very interesting. Even though it made me laugh when I saw it, the glove just is distracting after the first few seconds. |

Fits it title perfectly and is most pleasantly, and humorously intriguing....8 |

7 - The b&w works well to pick up on the shadows and shapes. Your call, of course, but for me - the scene itself is not that 'absurd' - maybe if it was a little bunch of them or something else (and no not that) blown up, might make me think, as the viewer, "oh that's absurd".. Also, because of your title, my mind wants to see some type of theatre scene in the shadows there - puppets, strings, props, something. I like the concept though, just think there's more room to explore/create with the idea. |

remnants of a carnival, shadows from balloons floating away, latex comes in handy again! Well done. |

Love the shadow and texture combined with the off the wall object. This one was a lot of fun to explore. Good luck. |

If you asked me now, I really couldn't tell you what exactly I like about this photo...All I know, is that in art, it doesn't really matter why you like, or what you like about it, its just that you like it and it appeals to you... So, with that said, I gave it an 8. I think its creative and interesting... Well done! |

Po-mo, weird for the sake of weird; for me, this rarely works as fine art. It doesn't connect with me here. It's interesting compositionally, and nicely taken care of in framing/contrast/tone etc., but not interesting to me otherwise. And, I see Cthulu in there, or the FSM, or some such. ;) |

I wish this were in the running! It is, I think, my favourite entry overall. It's absurd, but charmingly interesting to look at, and technically well composed, lit, and processed. |
