Somehow managed to keep her still for a long 10 sec exposure!

Inversed, adjusted the red and yellow saturations when converted to B&W, dodged and burned some areas, unsharp mask,added some grain, and cropped.

The original shot is beautifully composed, and the expression is priceless! The treatment does not appeal to me unfortunately - I would bet that this shot would be just fine without it.

I bet you were thrilled to be able to apply this type of post-processing AND get away with it??!! I, personally, think this is awesome!! It almost looks like a run or some kind of stichery.
