 Maybe this idea derived from all the poorly lit family photos I see that bother me all the time. I don't know. This is my daughter ... This was very quick but i knew exactly what I wanted and this was pretty much it; lighting such that the normally important, essental elements are missing, and extraneous parts tell a different story.
It also represents a bit of spontenaety on my part and was fun to see how light drew this for me.

bizarre. My take...what a couple must imagine, as they contemplate adoption of an older child. They meet, and get to "know" the child, but more will certainly follow after the child's rebirth.

Sufficiently weird to qualify as "fine art". Personally I don't connect, but I'm sure it will do well. On the technical side, I notice hot highlights in the hair, which isn't really a big deal. I enjoy the softness of the (faceless) model coupled with the coarse texture of the curtains.

Would I hang this on my wall. Probably not, but still an intersting picture. However I judge on what I would hang in my apartment. For your courage I give you a 6.
