Riverbend Motor Coach Resort. The waterway is actually a pond that they dug to get fill to build up the rest of the park. That also makes most of the lots "waterfront" and more expensive.

LOL at the whole set-up -- dig a huge pond to create "waterfront" lots! Do they every have a problem with flooding?
