Nice shot. It is interesting to have the cranes rather than the usual buildings in a night shot.

The sharpest point is the little buoy at the front left. Overall the image could have been sharper.

That said, the sky is intersting. The scene is dramatic and intersting and the colors reflected in the water are dazzling.

Even though I think it could be sharper, I see as a potential top 10.
