 This is the same building that is currently number one on my profile page. Same angle. I have no idea why the rust is showing up. I did a bit more processing but still...maybe its just the wb change?

Processing details
in LR2: Adjusted levels, clarity, increased vibrance, decreased saturation and white balance. (cloudy wb to warm it up)

Exported to TIFF.
In PSP XI:
Clarify (strength of 1 which really brought out the rust), resize, USM, export to JPG

Comment (7 minutes before deadline): I wonder if people will think I did dodging and burning on this. I didn't but still...

Post-challenge:
Busted. This is the same building identified in the comments. It is an interesting building to shoot but I may have gone to the well once to often for this subject.

It's a marvellous capture of the building, but you've got some very obvious editing artefacts in the sky - some very straight edges.

After staring at the picture for a lon while, I suddenly realised that there were half-moons of dust? right round the building. Is it an optical illusion?
