This is really nice. I like the color version but B&W suits it well, it allows me to focus more on the flower instead of the color. |

Really lovely composition. I do wish that more texture could be seen in the delicate petals of the poppy, but the composition is great. I would love to see this one in color..if the colors are anything like your gold poppy entry from last spring it would really be awesome!

There's a lovely feel to this one, and I like how transparent the poppy is in the light, but I really, really, really love the color one you included as a thumbnail. A favorite! |

You've inspired me. I processed a few poppies in B&W earlier today but didn't follow through. I shall go play and follow through! I do like them in B&W. I do like them in color, too. And can't say as I have ever seen a golden one in person! |
