| The background is distracting. Next time try to keep more distance between your subject and the background. I also think that black would have been better than this blue. But thank you for making me discover this flower (until know I only knew the Calla and the Cana, but never heard of the Cama) |

Flower has been placed too dense against the under layer.
Place flower further of a partition and use a large diaphragm opening (small f number) this way obtains you more DOF.
Use a flat and even basis, to raise the contrast in the picture. |

| Try for better focus, the angle is nice, but you could have cut away the dead bottom leave. |

| I'm glad you used a background of some sort (the all black background felt a bit overused in this challenge), but the photo lacks depth. The flower should be a few feet away from the background, and a sharp focus on the petals. |
