Shot RAW, in ACR adjusted temp, fill light, blacks, contrast, brightness and clarity. In Photoshop converted to B&W (high contrast blue filter), rotated 24 degrees, cropped, resized, smart sharpened, saved for Web.

Critique Club comment; I think you made very good use of lines, light, shadows,angles,and perspective. this is a very interesting shot which all the fore metioned elements work in your favor. The veiwers eye is drawn up the stairs to the entrance of the building. I also think it should have scored higher.
