| Nice comp. I can understand the use of B&W based on the time of day and the overhead light coming thru. Works well to isolate the fore subject. Would be a little stronger if the wood frame was more in focus IMO. Good luck in the challenge. |

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: Nice use of perspective and I appreciate the nested symmetry. I can see that you have crafted an image from very little really.
Critical stuff: Although I can appreciate your photography here, I think the scene itself hasn't helped you much.
Overall: A good attempt at dressing up a fairly dull scene - there is probably more of the photographer's hand here than in many images. |
