I think this is the most under appreciated image in this entire challenge. I gave you an 8!
Head up. You are just too deep for some people, apparently.
In no way shape or form does this deserve a sub 5 score.

Thats thinking outside the box alright.
I like it, non distracting bg and nicely off center.

sorry -- that's really pushing it, imo. I think you should be able to look a a picture and have a vague idea of what the challenge is about. I had no idea what your three was until I looked at the title. Imo, DNMC.

However, that being said, I think it's a very interesting, very intriguing photo. I wish it was in free study, or someplace that it fit a little more. So sorry!

I love the idea. Much more creative than most in this challenge. The image is clean and interesting!
The funny thing is, that I like this picture better as a thumb than up close. It is much easier to focus on the spaces rather than the fork.
Up close I really have to work at it :-)
There is some reflections on the fork that are somewhat distracting. Completely black might have worked a little better.

My eye is drawn to 4 things in this, not 3. Maybe a different fork design would have been better?

Woulda been cooler if you left it for the keen observer. Lovely shot nonetheless.
