Greetings from the Critique Club
Welcome back to DPC, CharlieV83! I'm glad to see you are sending in entries again to the Challenges.
While sometimes opportunistic shots do well at DPC, most of the time it helps to really plan the shot in advance. This may be one of those times. I can see the magic in this frame with the flowering tree and the young girl reaching out to touch the 'magic.' But it takes a while to assimilate this scene, and time is not what is on your side when it comes to our hurried voters. Still, you have a keeper for your memory book, so all is not lost. Just a thought for 'next time' - when you see the perfect shot that would be complete with human interaction, think about framing it first and then waiting for someone to come in to complete the picture. (or of course, bring your own model.)
After all is said and done though, you have a respectable score and a delightful image. Keep 'em coming. |

I wish your subject were a little closer in the frame. |
