Restaurant in Old-Montreal. I loved the reflection on the glasses.

Desaturated using chanel mixer. Crop. Resize. Submit.

This is one of my favourite images on DPC never mind this challenge.
I just cannot believe that it didn`t end up at the top of the pile.

I can only assume that it wasn`t seen as depicting something extraordinary..although, in my opinion some of the top 20 shots don`t either.
Great image which is going straight into my favourites.
If it`s any consolation..you are the recipient of my 1000th comment which I was saving for a special image.

The reflections are interesting, but I can't tell what they are. A tighter crop would have helped. I like the B&W treatment.

An extraordinary image rather than an image of something extraordinary.
You have certainly managed to make this very interesting by excellent use of light and zoom? and shallow DOF.
I really like the sharpness of the foreground receding into a soft blur in the darker background and the reflection in the glass is the icing on the cake.

It looks more like 8. The glasses just seem confusing to me. I like the DOF that puts the background out of focus.
