Convert from raw with WB adjustment, rotate, crop, curves to darken shadows, brightness contrast, photo filter (warming), decrease saturation, B& W conversion layer with infrared effect settings, on soft light blend mode with low opacity.
Dodge and burn, noise reduction (neat image), blur layer, crop, resize, USM, resize, vignette added with paint brush, low apacity, SFW.

a well executed shot, colour focus composition etc properly done but... sorry it just doesn't have much impact for me :(

| Good use of natural light here. I would maybe try to get in a little closer. It looks like you have tried to show too much here for context that is not needed. |
