Nice idea. I had a hard time figuring out if the clothing was really underwear, or just a tank top with some strands. Maybe if it was a bit more sexy, I would have given it a point higher.

Something here does not work for me. Maybe the size of those heels! The stuff on the background is distracting.

Until I got to the title, I wondered why you had chosen the two reds. I still feel that the photo would be stronger with two contrasting colours. The photo doesn't speak seductiveness to me, which i think may have been your intention, rather it makes me think of cheap motel rooms rented by the hour.
