Too much negative space on top. I would have cropped about 1/3.

The angle of the model does not really work for me - I wish there was more light on the bra and less on the chest/showlder.

Her face is a little too dark for my taste. I believe the shadow is just harsh. However, this is still a powerful image and I like it.
