 Simply used a Chihuly sculpture as an inspiration. Besides, balloons were cheaper than class!

In Photoshop:

Cloned to tone down some garden paraphernalia (did not remove it),
cropped,
adjusted levels,
sized the image,
smart sharpened,
dodged,
burned,
adjusted vibrance and saturation,
saved for web
