 Hi all, first entry here.
This was shot indoors, natural light only, i used a CPL filter i just got today. The picture wasn't cropped, i only converted it to b&w.

I like how you composed this -- the tea cup in the upper part of the frame and the diagonal lines. Has an interesting sort of energy.

Creates a nice blackand white. I am not getting zen, though, from this particular picture. Your placement of subject is good, though, and nice grain on the wood.
