 My first DPL2 entry... eek...

Shot from above. A friend was lying in a cardboard box fence which I filled with balloons. Dropped a couple of lights amongst the balloons to give them glow.

Curves and neat. resize, dodge on some of the balloons to even things out. Some blur and clone around the face (it was a t-shirt neck around the eyes) Dodge the eyes a little. Heavy sharpening and a final neat.
