 The wind and model didn't cooperate but this sort of turned out how I envisioned it. I lit with two flashes, gelled orange and camera set to tungsten.

convert from raw
lots of dodging/burning and color/luminosity changes
nik efex tonal contrast on whole pic, one additional time on girl
levels
curves
clone out two tiny boats
rotate
crop
reduce noise on all but girl's dress
resize
sharpen
save for web

Great idea with the moon, but too much light from the back and no light from the moon. You could have removed the shadow or clone it backwards. 7
