 Crazy last minute idea of a balloon image where the challenge details: "balloons are fun and colorful" was all I had. Not very creative I admit.

Cropped and tonal adjustments in Lightroom, converted to PS for levels, curves, Noise Ninja, color adjustments, resized, framed, USM and saved for the web.

I would have thought a higher finish for this. The quirkiness really sold it to me.
