Shot on the First Annual DC Night Tour. The original shot idea belongs to ClubJuggle. I just adjusted the angle and reshot for the clouds.
Levles, cropping, cropping, more cropping. Spot edit to remove a bit of glare on the sidewalk, light burn to reduce some reflection. Mild Neat Image to reduce noise.

| Don't know if you played with the idea of using the wall to create the other half of the Washington Monument instead of using it to make a second one. I do like the current version, however. I also like how you kept the names blurred to keep them anonymous but we can still see them as names. 5 |

| Nicely done, but might benefit from a small amount of sharpening to make the Washington monument a little clearer. This is a great composition. |
