Isn't that your wife? You could have titled it "my wife in print".
I like it. Very unique. |

Haha this is great! It must've taken you forever to get it all set up. I think I agree with the other commenters that a more straight-on angle would have been nicer. Personally, I would have liked to see a regular background used... with the newspaper as background, the whole thing just feels way too cluttered to me. Either that or perhaps a little depth of field - to make the background blurry - might have helped out. But really awesome idea and great work! :D |

Nice idea, but I fiend the view point a bit too high. Also a bigger room and a wider lens might improve the shot. |

LOL! Not sure she'd use this for a portfolio, but great humor |

Nice concept but unflattering lines for a modelling portfolio |

Hmm... Times Union, Maria College, Armory. Must be an upstate NY photographer. Creative, and a welcome changed from the plain white backgrounds. Nice use of color, pulling out the comics and creating a long page from them. I know it's a full length challenge, but I think the photo would work better if it were cut off before the legs. Something about the tone of her skin on the top/bottom is different and it feels unbalanced. Good luck! |

Very creative idea!! One suggestion: I think it would be neat to see this shot using the comics (because of the colors) as the background, with her in the b&w newsprint. Though I do love how the comics stand out! |

great take on the challenge, you model does look a little bit tense though I would be too if I was just wearing newspaper but I think it would have helped if she was more relaxed. |

Very creative. I really like how she is reading the comics section. I don't know that she would use it for a portfolio, but cool nonetheless. |

This is cool. But it makes me wonder, was your attempt also aimed at covering everything with newspaper so that it would be impossible to know it was a studio or not? Clever attempt then, and I definitely liked the change. |

I like all of the effort you put in but the dress is just to out of proportion, and I am just not liking the overall newspaper theme. 5 |
