I didn't quite care for the blue toned images I have seen so far but this one is very good because it gives a feeling of coldness and it has good tonal range from dark to light.

There is definitely a blue tint to this image. It wouldn't be that noticeable except for the fact that all of the other images are completely black and white, so a little bit of color really stands out.
