 This was taken in Nelson, BC, Canada. West arm of Kootenay Lake.

Not much done to it really. Contrast, Brightness, some channel mixing and I fixed the exposure a little. Crop, USM, SFW.....

I have great hopes for this one!

I will be posting this for some help after the challenge. I honestly have NFC how to accomplish the changes suggested.

A very lovely scene. I wish the lighter tones were a little bit whiter. The white in the border makes this really noticeable and my eye keeps traveling there instead of staying in the picture.

This would be more powerful if there was a little brighter light somewhere in the image. Of course, I wasn't there so I don't know if it was possible to increase the contrast and include a brighter spot somewhere within the composition.

A little on the dark side, but I don't know if you could have brightened it up or added contrast without losing details. The combination of b/w and basic rules makes this a tough challenge.

Strong composition, moody. Would benefit from some true whites to give depth.

for me...this is to dark in the tones...but you did have nice fluffy, angry clouds...my sky is flat and dull

Nice image which I'm sure captures the scene well. Perhaps comes over a little drab but I'm sure this has as much to do with the day as anything else.
