| the long exposure caused the boat in the foreground to be OOF; could have done away with that with a crop |

| I'd try a closer crop -- the stuff in the lower right really doesn't add much to the shot. The city and river are a lot more interesting. Nice reflection and texture in the water. |

| I really like how the city is silhouetted against the sky! The light in the lower right corner is a bit distracting...headlights? Overall though, a nice shot! |

| Solid composition but seems to lack a bit in crisp detail in the buildings across the way. If at all possible, and it may not be, you may want to try this without the lit foreground on the right side and it does tend to pull the eye and really doesn't contribute in my opinion. |
