Again, I can't be of much help as black and white landscape just blew my mind. When I shot for this I had to keep telling myself - black and white used to be all you could shoot in and folks back when did some stunning work. I do however see that I gave you a 4 on this and that is the lowest I will score anyone.
What I'm seeing is very blown out clouds. I think maybe you shot this around noon? (or noonish) That's a really hard time to shoot cause the sun is so harsh at that time of day. And mostly that's where my eyes land when I look at this image so I really don't see the rest of it. I took a piece of paper and "cropped" out about 3/4 of the sky and that really, (imho) helped the image alot. I think it toned it down and gave it more contrast.
Anyway, I hope this helps. Now GO BEAT SPIFF!

Light is coming from the wrong side here, leading to a dark bridge without details and blown out clouds. Besides that there are JPG-artefacts in the sky.

The scene itself is serene, but the location really does not draw us in or make us want to linger. The light is harsh (as if taken mid afternoon). You would be better to back and visit this spot late in the afternoon or early in the morning to get the rich soft light on the trees.

You also have some significant processing issues - blown out clouds, muddy sky, blurry details.

This looks like a really pretty place. That bridge looks like it has some character to it. Imho this would have been better with less blowout in the clouds, they really draw my eye away from the scene.

Seems a little out of focus.

not enough super sharp focus and your tones are very dull and flat

Seems a bit over-contrasted so that there's blow-outs and not a lot of detail but, I like the way the water has picked up the light
