 There are so many technical things wrong with this photo.
Them being...Lighting, lighting, focus, lighting, and have I said lighting?

But I honestly can't get it any better than this, so if I am going to get a sub 5 score so be it. I am hoping that people at least would give me some points based on the idea, which I thought was clever.

Procedure:
Sit on floor of bathroom (only room in the house I can get pitch black)
Hold Apple in front of my eye
Click shutter, causing flash set on lowest setting to go off
Remove apple
Shine a flashlight at my eye for a few seconds.
Repeat a million times
Finally give up trying, and choose the best of the ones I took.


If it were not for DPL I probably wouldn't submit this. But my other entry is definitely not going to be top 5 of my team, so I feel obligated to enter to at least give it a shot.

A very cool effect. Of course, a few more takes may have yielded one where the entire fingers were preserved, yet, I understand the process involved of which time is the worst. These images require so much work and patience, but hey, you did good.

thats quite a nice picture having the eye sort of melt into the apple all in all the picture is quite nice the lips and nose is a bit distracting
