Lens: Nikon AF-S DX 18-105 f/3.5-5.6 ED VR

 Camera on tripod with center column flipped horizontally.
Bulb mode, push remote trigger, count to 10, put on lens cap, turn camera around and put into right position, take off lens cap, count to ten, push remote trigger. Nailed it on first try.
