what a great capture
the sleeve isnt such a big issue but i know it would get a lot of comments if it was in a challenge of being a distraction
i too think that cloning out the chair as well as the sleeve is probably the best option but if your careful you could recreate the chair to eliminate the sleeve

all are elements of him and his treat but if it bothers you, just crop out the bottom section |

Nice capture of a special moment and beautiful focus on his lovely eyes. The sleeve doesn't really bother me, but maybe you could blur that area - in which case you'd probably have to blur the chair as well. Or, if you have the time, you could clone out chair, girl and the other piece of furniture in the background and make it all the colour of the wall. The bowl would be trickier because it is in front of his fingers. It could be cloned out and his finger tips replaced with copies of the visible ones - might work convincingly, might not.
