 Resize, usm, 2 x layers for text, layer for levels, 2 x layers for hue/saturation, cloned out some dust spots on background. All done in PSE 7.

Not expecting too much with this, maybe 5.5 max. My editing skills are pretty basic but I am trying to learn :-)
