I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: This is a really well presented image, the coloration / toning is sport on and I really like he high contrast look you have gone with.

Critical stuff: The composition looks sub optimal to me - perhaps this is your full frame but whether it be framing or cropping, the image looks a little unbalanced.

Overall: Great scene, great coloration but with (for me) an odd choice of composition.

Interesting perspective and definitely more creative than some (oops I thought this was double exposure). I particularly liked the toning in your B&W conversion. Only thing that I would have liked differently would for the guys feet to be more visible in the reflection. However, I am totally aware that this was likely not possible from the angle you were standing at.
