why? why this image instead of waiting a quarter second or a half second? it also seems a little soft and flat. a little more post-processing (even in basic editing) could have done wonders.

This picture would be worth a 10.0 score if only you had the diver half way in the air. Good shot. 6/10.

I like the person in the water gave perspective - but leveling the horizon would have added to this image.
